I'm new here and also don't know much about this, so I don't even know if I'm exposing all the details actually needed, but my issue is the following:
I have an problem with a music production software (Cubase Elements 13 from Steinberg). After upgrading it, the menu bars are not showing anymore. I contacted the Steinberg support and they suggested that I should try to check if there's an older version of the graphic card drivers and try to install it. So that's what I'm looking for.
