Noise suppression does not work on Windows 10, probably because the audio device was not installed correctly. Uninstalling and reinstalling the virtual device or the GPU (RX 6800XT) does not solve the problem.
The latest event log, titled Device not migrated, reads:

The options within the Adrenaline software are sorely lacking, limited to device selection and an on/off switch. I'm not sure where to go from here.
