Recently bought a Maxsun RX550 4GB Small Form Single Slot graphics card from Amazon and I don't have tuning options in Adrenalin 24.1.1 (This is the card: https://www.amazon.com/RX-550-Graphics-Computer-DisplayPort/dp/B09SKZSDRT/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2BK45GDHB3...)

See screenshot. The card is in a Dell Precision Tower 3420 with Intel Xeon E3 1240 v5 (3.50-3.90 Ghz), 32GB (4x8) Kingston DDR4-2400, 2048GB Kingston KX0300 NVMe M2 SSD and Windows 11 Pro for Workstations.

Can someone let me know why I cannot overclock this RX550? Using MSI Afterburner as administrator doesn't work either; changes revert back to default.

Could Maxsun have restricted the available options?

Any help/tips would be much appreciated.

Looking at this: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh3-020 I see for instance: "Frequency states are available on Radeon RX Vega Series, RX 500 Series and RX 400 Series Graphics. By default, Voltage (mV) option is set to Automatic, to adjust voltage states switch the option to Manual as shown below."

So there should at least be some options available for a RX550. Or am I mistaken?

First off, you should be using amd adrenaline. After that, Have you tried using MSI Afterburner? If not, download it and open. In the settings, enable "extend official overclocking limits" under AMD compatibility properties. Then restart. My RX560X can be overclocked after doing this on my acer nitro 5. Hope it works.
