I am using a laptop loaded with AMD A9-9425 with Radeon 5(TM) and second GPU Radeon 5-M435 with GB of memory plus shared memory. I have HP 15-db0001ne. Whenever I try to play a game or try to do basic video editing, it restarts without warning. I searched a lot about this problem and every article is saying it's overheating but I was monitoring temperature and I noticed GPU and CPU temperature was 57 Degree Centigrade. I don't think that it should restart at this temperature. It only restarts when I try to play game. I have noticed GPU temperature at 67 Degree Centigrade also but it was working fine and that time was when AMD Software application was running in the background. This is another issue, I am using latest drivers, and whenever I run application or it starts up after logging in to the laptop, temperature jumps above 60 Degrees.
Is there any software fault or my laptop has damaged hardware.
