I am recently bought 6600 xt. Using it on 22.5.1 driver and windows 11 build 22000. Neither browser (tried chrome, edge and opera) can use my gpu for hardware acceleration. Changed some chrome experimental settings such as #ignore-gpu-blocklist and #use-angle but nothing fixed. When i am watching 4k or 8k videos on youtube my cpu usage goes up to 70-100% and gpu stays only at 10-15%. Also premiere pro seems like having same problem on video rendering. What to do?
