Please note the integrated will come up as an R7 and discrete as R9 280x. Nothing entirely major. Unfortunately will be still using the 15.11 drivers as theres not much we can do considering the APU and GPU is tied in together, so technically even though the GPU should be GCN 1, due to being dependant on the discrete and resources shared, we are stuck on the 15.11 drivers.
After you've downloaded the file, Extract it and locate the NZsetup.exe file and execute it with Admin privs.
Follow the prompts and choose kernel 301
I found better performance disabling crossfire and using the integrated as that DMA thingo, frames much more stable and CSGO goes about 30-50fps occasionally dipping to the red zones. But playable, in Crossfire mode, the game stutters. Then you'd want to goto Display settings as well as switchable GPU settings and add just about every program in it on high performance. Some windows application and video editing tools will not render properly if you do not do this.
Don't forget to DDU before installing, also the awesome bloke has incorporated driver signing etc hence the change of gpu names to stop Win10 from updating your GPU drivers and screwing things up.
As far as performance goes, Linux / Ubuntu with vulkan/mantle drivers ran CSGO at about 40-70FPS
Oh yeh both on Max settings @ 1920x1080
Also a neat addition to this driver is a neat option to enable video encoding/hardware acceleration HUUUUGE difference
