Hello there ;D

so every time when i'm playing AAA games my AMD software keeps crashing over and over and over

i have tried to reinstall with DDU but still same thing even worse!!

my driver version is 19.12.2 Adrenalin 2020

after i have checked my windows logs i have found this i don't know if its useful but i hope it is!

Hello, I have the same problem with a new rx 590, a week ago something similar happened to me with the previous version while playing metro 2033 (so far it's the only game w/ the mistake, other games work well, even metro exodus that it's heavier) and I got the error "The application's access to graphic hardware was blocked", I decided to format my PC because I couldn't fix it in any way. Recently i downloaded version 19.12.2 and what you said happened, after playing the game like 15- 20 min the screen freezes and stops giving video and the game closes. I have the same error ID in windows events with the same description.

My PC:
-Aorus b450 elite
-Ryzen 5 2600
-Sapphire pulse RX 590 8gb
-Ram 16 gb 3000 mhz
-Corsair source cx650m
-Windows pro 10 version 1903

but i got mine fixed by switching the v-bios on my graphic card

Sorry, I could not answer before, I did not know about the switch, I returned to version 19.11.2 and it is going well, although it does not allow me to make a fan curve because it crashes when using it for a while. If it still fails, I will try to change the switch.
