Fallout 4: Dialogues overlap, unusually fast sound playback

Hello everyone,
due to the current Fallout hype I have installed Fallout 4 again. I'm using the latest driver, but I'm still getting overlapping dialogues, which is very annoying. What settings do I need to set to fix the problem? I am using an AMD Radeon RX6700XT card.

Game speed is tied to FPS on Bethesda's games (except for FO76 and now Starfield). You need to cap your FPS to 60, or get the "High FPS Physics Fix" mod. This has NOTHING to do with drivers or hardware. Don't know how you ended up posting this here of all places...this is a well known thing and has been for a very long time. A quick google search surely would have given you the answer.
