EVERY GAME SAYS I HAVE THE WRONG DRIVERS INSTALLED

Every game i play it pops up saying i dont have the correct drivers installed and most games have constant stuttering problems and its a new graphics card, i have a amd 6800 and a ryzen5 5600g and it seems like in the games if something new happens it extremely stutters like in hogwarts legacy when i use a new ability it lags then if i use it again its completely fine ive tried everything i can for two weeks and im thinking of returning the card and getting nvidia again
