1 Solution

I solved the problem by installing Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.5.2 Driver for Windows® 10 64-bit for Non-Legacy AMD Radeon Graphics.
Amd pointed to an erroneous version of Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.5.2 Driver for Windows® 10 64-bit for Legacy AMD Radeon Graphics.

can't read nor translate your foreign images but here is AMD explanation on error 182 and how to fix it: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-kb182

The error is saying that the AMD Driver version you are installing is the wrong driver for your GPU card.

Did you use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in Safe Mode (best method) or on the Desktop with the internet disconnected and the created AMD installation folder deleted at C:\AMD?

Also did you download the full AMD Driver package to install?

NOTE:

1- Latest and last AMD Driver for your GPU Card: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-200-series/amd-radeon-r9-...

2- Previous AMD Drivers to test: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-200-seri...

There the solution is to download a driver for a specific video card, which I did and it gives me this error.
If this version of the driver does not fit, why then amd uploading it?
I used ddu, I downloaded the complete driver package

Go to Device Manage and click on "Displays" and see if your GPU is properly recognized.

Is this a Used GPU card or one you purchased new?

Also Windows  must be fully updated to the latest version with all Optional and Security updates installed.

The problem isn't with AMD driver. It has something to do with your computer that is the problem.

The graphics processor is recognized correctly, this card has been with me for a long time, before everything was fine with the drivers.
Windows is updated, this is a problem on the driver side, not mine.

That AMD Driver is the last Legacy driver version 21.5.2 (06/21/2021) for your GPU card.

There won't be anymore after that driver.

Note: There is no Non-Legacy driver version 21.5.2.

Or you just don't understandБезымянный.png

I see where you got that information from. I didn't realize there were 2 types of Legacy drivers.

One for Supported GPUs and one for Non-Supported GPUs.

But I find it strange that the Non-Supported GPU (Legacy) didn't work on your Non-Supported GPU Card.

Thanks for the update.

Good day. Had a similar issue.

https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-22-6-1-legacy

Checking there shows that it should be compatible with the R9 200 series cards (which is in the box in question).

https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-21-5-2

That should also work. But it doesn't. The WHQL version fails to install with the same error shown by the OP.

https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-21-5-1

That's the only one that actually works. A little annoying. Crashes with some games it seems. But at least it works.

As Catmart10 mentioned here non legacy driver 21.5.2 is working also. You can download it here.
