Driver on website is of lower version than the one running on my pc, maybe i am mistaken?

ill list my specs below, my issue is;

The driver on the website for the AMD Radeon R9 380 lists it it as 22.6.1;

However the driver running on my pc is 27.20.14501.18003 - How is this possible, i would have thought the website driver would be the most up to date driver?!

not sure whats going on here... But my pc specs are below;

*Windows 11 pro - version 22H2, build 22621.3007

*AMD Radeon R9 380

27.20.14501.18003 is a Windows driver version. Per Google, that equates to AMD Adrenalin driver package 20.11.2

As @goodplay mentioned, the AMD Adrenalin driver package naming convention is denoted by year, month and revision number. Who knows what convention Microsoft uses.
