I am able to use the adrenaline software to record footage but I am unable to view or edit anything that is recorded. Any time I try view a video that has been recorded I get a popup to either cancel or download from the microsoft store. However, the button does not function and takes you nowhere when clicking on download from the microsoft store. Im unsure how to navigate around this or if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. Below is a screenshot of the popup im talking about. This is happening on version 24.2.1 but I recall this happening back to at least 23.12.1

Is your videos in HEVC format? If so you need to download codecs from Microsoft Store. Click the button and it should take you to it.

If it is not HEVC, I have no idea.

I just checked and the encoding was set to AVC. Is there anything I should try for that?

I have the same problem, and I am AVC not HEVC.
