So, my PC has two user profiles. On my 1st profile, I can see the CPU temperature and other details on AMD Adrenaline software. However, the CPU details do not appear on my 2nd profile. Yes, I can launch Ryzen Master on my second profile and it shows the CPU details. The option to toggle on CPU temperature also doesn't appear.

Do both user profiles have admin rights?

Yes, both profiles have admin rights. The CPU settings also don't appear in the Tuning section.

Mine just doesn't appear at all. So, I think our problems are slightly different.

Same issue happening to me.

Ryzen 5700X, RX 7900 GRE, AsRock B550M PG4 MoBo.

CPU temps were showing fine with my RTX3060Ti until an upgrade to an AMD card - RX 7900 GRE.
It's a shame because everything was working fine with the green team's card and drivers and now I can't even check my CPU performance. I am really counting on AMD to solve this issue, otherwise I think I'll stick to my previous card manufacturer.

Some info below that might be helpful for AMD devs:

Bug: Incorrect CPU metrics values showing in AMD Adrenalin Software and Ryzen Master. CPU temp showing 0.0 deg. C., frequency - 0.0 Ghz, Power draw - 0.0 W and etc.
Ryzen Master Shows either zeros or some large negative values.

Steps to reproduce bug:

Launch performance overlay or performance tab in AMD Adrenalin Software or Ryzen Master app.

Solutions tried already:

Reset OC and bios settings to factory defaults, DDU in safe mode, newer and older versions of AMD Adrenaline software, gpu driver reinstall, ryzen master uninstall, registry cleaning,newer and older versions and chipset driver.
