What do you mean by installer? Do not use 3rd party driver installers.

Download drivers from AMD's website
If you use Win11, disable automatic driver updates
DDU current drivers
Install AMD's drivers you downloaded in step one

I did include links, but unfortunately this site does not work well enough and had to delete them
