recently, found my GPU always in 100% when using handbrake, which didn't happen before(mostly around 40-60%). even when handbrake didn't launch but the GPU still work around on 3x%. getting pc slower and slower and didn't respond as quick as possible when using the pc, clicking a folder, file etc.
