Yesterday I reinstalled adrenaline due to it not starting anymore because I had a crash in BG3 a while ago and I started having a lot of audio crackling and audio delay lately for example I try to speak to someone in discord and the person hears me after 4~ seconds and likewise.
Usually when it happens my screen freezes for half a second and then I get heavy audio crackling + delay on the audio
I'm not really sure what causes these issues I feel like it just happens randomly (usually while im playing games) but I am using Voicemeeter Banana Idk if its related to this
