atiuxp64.dll driver error

atiuxp64.dll  driver suspected??

I run Win 7 pro x64.  AMD A6-5400K APU (no graphic card).Gigabyte GA-F2A88XX-D3H mobo with 8Gb Corsair ram.

The machine runs OK but Performance test stops. What happened was, the computer crashed once in a while (kinda KNEW when I wanted something important), this was due to a faulty Molex to Sata connector (loose crimped wires), I repaired this and the machine runs perfect except Windows performance test stops.... that is the only thing I can fault. This is a general purpose machine and not a 'gamer'.

I do keep a clone of the hard drive..... I cloned the fault. So I did some rooting about and got the performance report which is here-:

I suspect the file is corrupt, doing a SFC scan reports 'No violations found' Can I just delete and re-install the file, if so could you provide a link to it?

Thank you, Dave
