If the regional settings are set to "Bulgarian (Bulgaria)", the AMD Chipset Drivers installer stops after the "checking your PC's hardware for driver compatibility" step, with an error "Unable to Install AMD Chipset Drivers" - "A System Update is required to complete the installation" (even though Windows has been updated to the latest version).
Changing the regional settings to "Recommended" or "English (United States)" fixes the issue, and the installer successfully shows the checkboxes to select which drivers to install and finishes the installation.
This has been confirmed on several different computers (with different motherboards and chipsets), with several different versions of the chipset drivers. It's 100% reproducible, just changing the settings toggles whether it fails or not.
