AMD Chipset causes laptop to crash

Hi, I recently bought a second hand 2021 HP Envy X360 for work.

I have this problem where the PC crashes when waking from sleep. However if I disable manually or uninstall my AMD Radeon graphics chipset in the control panel, this problem disappears and the PC works just fine. But running it like this causes some accesibility problems like the screen not getting in vertical mode anymore etc... (It's also a tablet)

HP support didn't help me much, the best they could do was telling me to run a troubleshooter from the startup menu and everything was fine. Then they told me to reinstall windows, wich I already did and didnt help. I updated all my drivers, updated windows, and the onlything that help me to this point was running without the chipset.

Any ideas appreciated, TIA!

P.S.: I'm thinking about going back to windows 10. Got it on my desktop running perfectly fine. Would it help?
