After updating drivers to 24.1.1 or 24.2.1 the display does not work at the 165Hz setting. Only a black screen (yet illuminated) shows. The only refresh rate that works at these driver versions is 40Hz, for any resolution. Also the list of available display adapter modes shows weird refresh rates (I think I only saw 60Hz once).
Issues with amd drivers have been persistent, I have been reporting this bug but they're not even acknowledged in updates!
