22.9.3 RDNA/Vega/Polaris branch.

Pretty self explanatory, I think. Both driver versions listed had this issue for me. Prior versions did not.
23.9.2 also caused immediate BSOD's whenever changing anything in this window.  It seems 23.9.3 does not.

Probably about time polaris/vega are relegated to redundant/obsolete/legacy status, seems a waste of resources to continue support for them. 

Let game programmers code to newer tech only (within 3-5 year components).

Would assume you used the bug report tool for each driver, and with the changes in recent drivers you clean installed each to rule out older driver leftover conflicts.
