Looking for msr_shim module for VMware ESX

I read the white paper on Live Virtual Machine Migration on AMD Processors. It mentions an experimental binary module for VMware ESX 3.0.1 to enable this feature with it.
It should be downloadable here at developer.amd.com, but I cannot find it.
Can someone please point me to a download link?
