    Can't run Time-based profile

      I've just gotten CodeAnalyst approved for use at work, and I'm having trouble getting any Time-based profiles to work. No matter if it is a fresh install of CodeAnalyst, or I delete all project/temp files created by code analyst, reboot, use an administrator account, etc. I always get an error message "There is already a profile running, please try again later."

      Does anybody have any ideas of how to deal with this? I use this product at home with no problems, but I can't seem to get it to work at work.
