My games and computer keep crashing when playing games.

I have an AMD Ryzen 3200G with integrated graphics and an MSI B450 Pro-M2 board with 16G DDR4 3600Mhz RAM. The games work for a bit and then crash unexpectedly. The CPU is not overheating, I have only downloaded the driver on AMD's website for the 3200G. Any ideas?

Have you tried your RAMs with 2933Mhz or 3200Mhz speed with changing the BIOS settings? Have you tried connecting a GPU to your system?

Are you getting a blue screen? Is there a system restart problem? Is there a game shutdown problem? What is the problem? It crashes but what is it and how?

It turns off my whole computer and restarts automatically. I'm getting a separate GPU soon. The game freezes for a little, then blue screen and restarts. My integrated GPU does max out at 99% sometimes.

You are probably experiencing problems with the GPU driver. Uninstall the GPU driver with that... https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
Then try that... https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-3-desktop-processors-radeon-vega-g...
Turn off Windows Gamebar and Radeon Overlay and do not change Radeon graphics settings whenever possible. Also, use HDMI if possible or try a different HDMI cable. These are the recommendations that come to my mind...
