Not sure how anyone can help when nobody knows what help you need other than the word "HELP"?
That being said if you want help from this forum then you need to give us all the details about your configuration and what problem you have.
When posting a new question, please provide as much detail as possible describing your issue making sure to include the relevant hardware and software configuration.
For example:
- Issue Description: [Describe your issue in detail here]
- Hardware: [Describe the make and model of your: Graphics Card, CPU, Motherboard, RAM, PSU, Display(s), etc.]
- Software: [Describe version or release date of your: Operating System, Game/Application, Drivers, etc.]

If you issue is that you have contacted them and they have not responded it often takes days for them to respond .
So you may want to open another support ticket.
Also make sure to check you junk/spam folder as a response from them may have gone there.
