No, you would need to replace your Motherboard with a AM4 Socket plus new RAM Memory to upgrade to a Ryzen Processor.

The A4-3420 APU uses a Motherboard with a FM1 Socket. 

If you post your Motherboard's Make & Model I can take a look to see what other processors in your Motherboard Support CPU SUPPORT LIST shows as being compatible.
