Hola, un cliente me esta solicitando el tiempo de vida util de la tarjeta de video modelo firepro graphics v3900, le instale 3 estaciones de trabajo con esta tarjeta y se estan apagando , por temperatura, ya que el ventilador ya no gira y se calienta la tarjeta, esto provoca que se apague la WS

First the FirePro V3900 Professional GPU cards are considered to be Legacy and not supported by AMD with driver updates anymore.

Here is the last V3900 AMD driver (2017) for your GPU card: https://www.amd.com/en/support/professional-graphics/legacy-products/firepro-v-series/firepro-v3900 

Try installing this last driver and see if the GPU fans starts working again.

Also you need to post the Workstation's Computer information.

Possibly AMD Forum expert on Professional GPU card fsadough‌ might be able to assist you when he is able to have time to answer.
