I have r9 290x after installing new windows 10 (version 2004 - os build 19041.450) and I have made all windows updates, I started installing driver (Win10-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2020-Edition-20.8.2-Aug17) suddenly a black screen appears like next video

after restarting windows the black screen still.
I booted windows into safe mode and uninstalled the drivers. After I booted into the Os on basic display drivers, I tried to install the drivers manually. It still had the same problem of black screening.
I have tried many other previous drivers but no luck.
please help me
