No longer able to use F-keys as hotkeys in Radeon Software

When I first configured the Radeon Software about 6 months or so ago, I was able to set a custom hotkey for screenshotting as just the F9 key. I accidentally changed it to something else too, but am no longer able to set it as an F-key again. It's forcing me to use Ctrl + Alt + F9 or Alt + F9.

This is less than ideal as these keys interfere with the work I am doing/game I am playing when I want to screenshot.

I'm using version 20.8.2.

Is there something I'm doing wrong here?

Wish I had a work around. You might try e-installing the driver using clean install. That may do the trick. If not report it to AMD:    https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
