RX 480 4GB card not working on Asus EX-A320M motherboard

I've managed to acquire an RX 480 4GB card that works in another machine but when i install it in my computer (ASUS EX-A320M) it doesn't work at all.  I've checked the bios and the PCIE is the set graphics card but it still doesn't work.  Is this just not supported or can anyone think of anything else i can try?

Your mobo has 1xPCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 port support. So support is available. Clean the PCI port ie graphics card port with a clean dry old toothbrush. Place the graphics card at a 90-degree angle into the port and screw it without vibration. Make sure the PCIE power cable from the PSU is connected to the GPU. If there is still a problem, the motherboard GPU port might be damaged.
