Using Windows 8.1, tried to use www.amd.com/en/support to manually select my product using the AMD Product Selector but couldn't find Radeon HD 7520G.

I want to check my driver for updates, as I use Windows 8.1 the automatic tool for detecting the driver doesn't work. So i tried using www.amd.com/en/support to manually select my product using the AMD Product Selector but couldn't find Radeon HD 7520G.  Can anyone help point me in the right direction please?  I'm not technically minded so non-technical language would be appreciated.
