Its been a long time now since AMD has launched its 4000 series mobile processors. However, there are almost no laptops in the Indian market with it. Also, the once which are available for sale are overpriced and users end up buying Intel versions.

Currently, you can find only Ryzen 5 4500U and Ryzen 7 4700U based laptops(Non-Gaming) in Indian markets. There are NO laptops so far with Ryzen 3 4000 series, which is supposed to be starting range.

The big difference between  4500U, 4700U and 4600U, 4800U is that later once support Multi-Threads. 

When can we expect 4600U and 4800U Ryzen Processor-based laptops in India?

I think you would have to ask the laptop manufacturers that sell in your market that question. You might want to ask Dell, HP, Acer etc.... assuming they sell where you are...

it has come to my attention that some laptop manufactures are back ordered for Ryzen 4000 processors with no ETA available
