What is the best radeon card to use for 4k gaming in Razer Core x Chroma eGPU?

I currently play Farm Simulator 2019 with an HP Spectre x360 (ch011dx).  Tech specs can be found at:

HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch011dx Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

I have a Razer Core X Chroma with an MSI Nvidia RTX 2060 Super.  Here are the tech specs on both of these:

GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER GAMING X

I connect the Razer Core X Chroma via the Thunderbolt 3 port of the HP Spectre x360.  I have a 4k Monitor connected to the Razer Chroma via HDMI.  The monitor techs specs are:

LG 32UD59-B: 32 Inch Class 4K UHD LED Monitor | LG USA

Currently, I am having choppy issues with my current setup running at 3840 x 2160 when playing Farming Simulator 2019.  I also have a Mac (2020 Macbook Pro 13") I use for work.  What I want to do is possibly replace the Nivida card with a Radeon card that will do the following:

- Allow me to do 4k gaming well, possibly on the highest settings using my HP Spectre x 360.

- Allow me to connect my work Mac so it can be used as a dock when working from home.

Is this possible?  Does anyone have suggestions?  Before I spend serious money it would be nice to know I can actually achieve my goals.

According to Apple, the most powerful GPU supported by Mac right now is the RX 5700XT, and it can do 4k60 in many games.

It would be far more cost effective long term to build a desktop PC for gaming

Given a PC it can far exceed the available TB cards. A PC could have RTX Titan SLI installed easily if that much compute was needed.
