Help with overclocking

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad L340 (non-gaming) with an AMD 3 3200U processor and Radeon Vega 3 graphics. I just want to download one game at a time and play them without lagging (as much) and low fps (less then 30). My computer and all other aspects are up to date. I've heard about overclocking and I just want help getting that tiny extra boost. I've tried getting AMD Overdrive and Ryzen Master (These might not be the exact names but I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about.) They say I don't have anything compatible (which may be true because Ryzen 3 is a little outdated), but there should still be a way to overclock it. Anything is helpful so please just ease my mind if there isn't anyway to squeeze a little bit extra power out of it. If there is, please give me some pointers or if you don't mind, a step by step to overclocking it. Much thanks!
