I see other have asked earlier, but no one has solved it as of yet; in fullscreen mode ALL games are locked to 30 FPS. I can disable it and run them with hundreds of FPS, but that means massive screen tearing. Anyone know why this happens? Is it possible that it is because the system lists the screen's refresh rate is 59,995, and not 60?
Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT, HP LP2475W screen, display port.
Note: I also use a CRT screen, at 100 Hz, and with this one VSync will lock FPS to 100 FPS just as it should be.
