Storemi Beta - SATA SSD + Gen4 NVME configuration

The new Storemi beta installer requires a rotational drive to proceed. I want to use a SATA SSD and a Gen4 NVME together (like I did with Enmotus version).

Will this be a new feature request or is there a way to proceed?

Should I add a drive so the installer works and then remove the drive and setup the software with the two SSDs?

Any help appreciated

I want my 480GB SATA SSD as source drive and my 120GB SSD NVME drive as cache, but there is no option to use SSD drive as source.

So, looking further into 'new' storemi (sorry I should have replied earlier) it appears that AMD have gone to more of a cache route instead of real storage auto-tiering. It is therefore junk. Performance will be lacking as write will always be to the lower tier and is therefore junk. I wouldn't recommend using it. Either get a copy of the old Storemi or pay Enmotus.

I think some people that don't understand storage have got in the ear of someone important that also doesn't understand storage unfortunately. Either that or Enmotus started asking too much money for their product.

Either way Storemi is dead and probably won't even make it to all platforms.

Shame...
