I have seen a lot of news out of Japan on AMD motherboards. AGESA has been rolling out slowly as a beta for X370, X470 and I expect X570 is in on the action. I also expect to see AGESA to surface on the lower priced motherboards before long.

I am of mind to expect AGESA is in anticipation of a closer release for Ryzen 4000 processors.

At the moment I am certain that Ryzen 4000 will require an X570 or B550 motherboard. AGESA is also improving DDR4 support for finer speed selections. This will make it easier to reach the best speed for a given vendors memory products.

Check for a BIOS update, might be a new one you missed on.
