History - I was playing a game on my laptop ( Counter strike 1.6) and suddenly system booted and gave a BSOD .
BSOD error = Video_TDR_Failure (atikmpag.sys)

My Laptop configuration
OS Name - Microsoft Windows 10
Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2601 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date - Insyde Corp. R0200D5, 9/26/2016

SMBIOS Version    2.7

Embedded Controller Version    2.00

BIOS Mode - UEFI

Graphic Card  - AMD Radeon HD 7550M/7650M Series
RAM - 8GB DDR3

Hard Disk - 1TB WD blue

This problem was occurring on win 8.1 OS with an older Toshiba 2013 hard disk . I bought a new WD Hardisk . The problem still persist .

What I already tried.

1. I have tried Uninstalling drivers using DDU (Internet connection off) . And reinstalled drivers without Catalyst Control Center.

2. I also tried Legacy Driver installation following this thread How to: Install Legacy Drivers on Windows 10 (With Catalyst Control Center)  .

Both the method didn't work out.

I installed an app called whocrashed to analyse the crashdump. It shows me the following
