ProRender activation key registration failure

Trying to install ProRender for Blender 2.79 on windows 10, the installation stalls on clicking the Register button. Tried with explorer, legacy edge, and edge chrome as the default browser.

A quick google search shows previous issues, and a link to http://www.amdsurveys.com/se/5A1E27D259A3291C . Tried that with outlook and gmail addresses, but completing that form just gives Sorry, your submission had an error.

Is this a temporary issue, or has the service been discontinued?

The service has been disconnected I believe. If you can cancel that out, the code you need is #TagYourRendersProRender

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, using that code hangs as well, presumably because it wants to contact the disconnected service to verify the code. The only way to cancel it is to end the task via task manager.
