Earlier today I had recently updated to the most recent version of windows, version 2004. After I did this, I noticed that going fullscreen in games causes the framerate to drop all the way down to 20fps or lower. When not in fullscreen, the game runs fine, keeping an average 60fps. Is there a way to fix this possibly? I have reinstalled drivers and restarted my pc numerous times.
UPDATE:
I found that with the performance overlay turned OFF, it runs fine. Enabling the overlay seemingly limits the FPS.
