Estou com um notebook Inspiron 14r 5423 e instalei nele o Win 10. Desde então venho tentando instatar seus drivers de vídeo que são Intel HD Graphics 4000, que já intalei, e o AMD Radeon HD 7570 eu não consigo instalar de jeito nenhum, ela congela e trava o notebook durante o processo. Gostaria de alguma ajuda.

The DELL AMD Driver is the same year as  AMD Driver so it is best to download and install DELL's AMD Driver from here: Support for Inspiron 14z 5423 | Drivers & Downloads | Dell US 

I would update all of your DELL's Intel drivers especially the Intel Graphics Driver and install the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 7570M DELL Driver.

AMD drivers work correctly when your laptop has the latest Intel Drivers especially the CHIPSET and Graphics Drivers.

I also would update the Laptop's BIOS which shows as being an "URGENT" install by DELL.

Mas já fiz todo esse processo, tentei o driver na página da dell, assim como atualizar todos os outros drivers e então como última alternativa tentei o driver no site da amd, mas o resultado foi o mesmo
