Desperate feature request Hotkey screen rotation

I have found out that Radeon Graphics do not have the screen rotation ability in Windows using the hotkeys like Intel graphics do. I refer to the hotkeys Ctrl + Alt + Up Arrow, Down Arrow, Left Arrow and Right Arrow. I have 3 laptops with AMD graphics and rotate the screen regularly but the ease of use with the hotkeys I have on other machines would be a massive help to so many users. doing google searches there are many frustrated with the absence of this feature. Is there any way to set up hotkeys to rotate the screen or could devs code this into firmware? Is the Ctrl + Alt + Up Arrow, Down Arrow, Left Arrow and Right Arrow somehow copyrighted by Intel and this is why other graphics manufacturers do not have this?

Many thanks for any help
