How do i turn on 'In-game overlay' in Adrenalin when the setting is missing from general tab

The 'in-game overlay' setting, along with a few more settings, is not present in the general tab of settings. Is my computer not compatible or is this just a missing feature? I had the overlay in an older version of AMD Radeon Settings but this Adrenalin update has removed it for me. How can I fix this if at all possible? I'm using:

HP Pavilion Gaming 15:

   AMD Ryzen 7 3750H Graphics

   AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 Processor

Which driver version are you using?

Laptops do not have all the options a desktop graphics has.

A very late reply, but I found this searching Google, and I see it wasn't answered. So for anyone that may come across this issue in the future it can be fixed by going to Settings > Preferences > In-Game Overlay "Enabled". And then you can turn it on/off through Performance > Metrics.
