You seemed to have a laptop with a AMD processor which means you need to install the APU Processor's AMD Driver and not the R7 M340 GPU driver.

I can't recommend the AMD Generic laptop driver because I don't know the Make & Model of your Laptop AMD APU Processor.
It is possible your AMD APU Processor may not be supported anymore by AMD with Graphic Driver updates until you post the Make & Model of your Laptop Processor.
Also I would update the BIOS if it isn't the latest shown above.
