My GPUS aren't working and all games are using CPU

Okay so I recovered my pc and everything went away but now my 2 gpu isnt working and all the games are using cpu and its creating a big problem for me and yes I've tried to update my drivers but nothing changed instead of changing it went worse so I uninstalled the driver update I also uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers back but it still haven't changed also I can't see my gpus in the Task Manager / Performance 

My Pc is Windows 10 and my graphic cards are AMD Radeon R5 Graphics, AMD Radeon R5 M430, My CPU is AMD A8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics I'd be so happy if someone would help me ^^

1. install GPU Driver from Laptop OEM
2. configure Powerplan to use dGPU
3. enjoy

I also am having this issue with my new ASUS laptop, apparently it has set the embedded GPU as the primary GPU and not the more powerful Discrete solution

go to powerplan and change switchable graphics to high performance or maximal performance
