Apologizes if double post, as I cannot find my other post anywhere?

To the question - I have just gotten a 3600 and its constantly hitting 95c with the stock cooler for the past few days now as I'm gaming. I opened the side panel and put a giant room fan to blow air, and its kept my PC cool by 75c. My question is prior to doing this DIY solution, did my CPU sustain any damage from the prolonged exposure of 95c? It was a few days, and i was under the impression 95c was the max safe temp but I have been reading that 80c is actually the safe temp for zen2.

I have an aftermarket CPU cooler coming hopefully by the end of this week.
