I constantly have a problem playing videos on YouTube, expressed in dropping frames at any resolution of 720p or higher

My system: Ryzen 3 3200G
mb Gigabyte B450M S2H
ram Patriot DDR4 8GB 2666MHz
ssd SP Velox V70 120GB
psu Cheiftec SFX-350BS

Win 10 with latest updates

Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.4.2

I tried different versions of the AMD videodriver and increased the frequency of RAM, but this does not change anything, the frames are dropped again.
On my old system (fx6300 / 8GB ddr3 / hd6850) there were never any problems in playing YouTube of any resolution, everything worked perfectly. I am very surprised that the new technological APU has problems with YouTube

I have same problems
When playing videos of 1080 and 720, frames sag greatly(at the this time? GPU video decoding load up 10 100%). In this case, hardware decoding works up to 4k @ 60fps

Configuration:
ADM Ryzen 3 3200G (Part#: YD3200C5FHBOX, serial № 4402774000421)
Asus TUF B450M Pro Gaming
2x Samsung M378A5143TB2-CTD (ram)
All parameters set at Default (also BIOS 2006 Update AM4 combo PI 1.0.0.4 patch B)
