Only asking cause I ran into issues while testing out my Oculus Quest with the link cable & every single time after a few minutes of play I kept getting the blue screen 

using the gtx 1660ti with Ryzen 7 4800hs

See if your computer (Laptop?) meets the minimum requirements to run VR using Windows Mixed Reality Portal: Get Windows Mixed Reality PC Check - Microsoft Store 

Depending on your Windows version, this many already be installed otherwise download it from above link.

Run it and see if it passes all the hardware you have for VR.

Also I believe you have to have Hyper-V enabled and SVM in BIOS enables for VR to work.
