How are we supposed to troubleshoot with so limited info you have provided?

  1. What is the make and model of failing laptop?
  2. What is the make and model of passing laptop?
  3. What is your OS, complete version?
  4. Which driver are you using?
  5. What is your SmartTV, make and model?
  6. How are you connecting, Cables/Adapters...?
  7. Which HDMI port are you using on your SmartTV?

Dell Inspiron 15-7568 (Not using Radeon)
