Black Screen Problem Locked Image HELP ME RADEON VII

Question asked by alecaom on Apr 16, 2020

RADEON VII

DRIVERS RADEON SOFTWARE 20.4.1 (2020-17 ABRIL)

1º Could they optimize the best consumer card that AMD has, as much as possible, at least out of respect for the customer in the most expensive product in its range? (constructive criticism because I feel abandoned)

2º Can somebody help me?

3º Is the official support answer here?

- In strong TEST like FurMark everything works perfectly.

- After playing with FREESYNC 2 'Premium' activated, in any game, the image is blocked and seconds later it turns the screen to black WITHOUT DETECTING and Windows obviously frozen without being able to do anything and seeing nothing (although the PC if I see that is on) after a minute it restarts. * It seems that the driver is somehow lost and fails to recover to display the image. * When I was playing and made the same threat to quickly block I gave him CTRL-ALT-DELETE I went to the desktop quickly, the screen went off for three seconds and it recovered again (this only happened to me once, the others it crashes and restarts). Thank you all for the efforts. I leave document in case it helps the failure registered in Windows of what failed.
